The Molesey School of Ballet began in May 2006 and now has over 170 students. It offers classes in ballet, tap and modern from 2.5 years, as well as Adult classes in ballet and tap.
The school follows the ISTD syllabus and encourages exam entrance as an integral part of the children's learning experience, although not compulsory. All children receive an annual report outlining their progress and parents are invited to watch their child's class at the end of each term. There is a school show every two years in which every child is given the opportunity to participate. We also arrange occasional workshops for children and adults in genres including Hip Hop, Flamenco, Charleston and Authentic Jazz. All teachers are fully qualified and have a CRB certificate.
