Grishko 2007 Pro Flex Pointe Shoe

Another variation  of Grishko Pointe shoe - designed for Professional Dancers,  based on the Original 2007. This shoe  is designed to be worn immediately without any need for breaking in. It is very lightweight, quiet and flexible.   The shoe  features:

1. •a new, sound absorbing material in the pleats under the box and on the sole under the toes

2. •a more flexible material in the shank, helping to save muscle energy while dancing

3. •a new, unique glue with latex to give the box additional elasticity

Although originally designed with professionals in mind, this shoe can be useful for beginners who have very soft feet and cannot push through the demi pointe, but  it should really only be used at the barre. In centre, a shoe with more support is better. ( If beginners prepare for pointe with demi -pointe shoes, they will be better able to cope with a more supportive shoe like the 2007) 

This shoe is made on the same last as the 2007  and so should fit similarly, so if your local stockist doesn’t have the ProFlex, you can try the 2007 and ask them to order the ProFlex for you in the same size.
