If you are an account holder you must contact us using the email address that you have registered with your account. If you are not an account holder you must contact us using an email address that has been used to place an order.

To amend the data we hold about you:
Contact our customer services via phone or email as described above in 'To request information about the data we hold about you'.

Charges for accessing your data:
Reasonable requests to access, amend or delete your data are free of charge, however we will make a charge of £10 per request for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repeated.
